I am beyond thrilled to have you join our growing community of brilliant Black women in cosmetic chemistry. BWICC was founded with a vision—to create a safe, empowering space where we can connect, learn, and thrive together. Through networking, professional development, and education, we aim to eliminate barriers, foster collaboration, and elevate Black women in the beauty and cosmetic science industry.
